Location & Work Style

This is a full-time (night shift) position based in On-site. We offer a flexible work environment that balances collaborative in-person interactions with the freedom to work remotely when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative and effective social media campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness and business objectives.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
