Location & Work Style

This is a full-time (night shift) position based in On-site. We offer a flexible work environment that balances collaborative in-person interactions with the freedom to work remotely when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within E-commerce/Design or digital business.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, UX, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end E-commerce/Design projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate between design, development, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Analyze data to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Report on project status, KPIs, and improvements to leadership.
  • Identify risks and resolve issues to avoid delays or project failure.
