Location & Work Style

This is a full-time (night shift) position based in On-site. We offer a flexible work environment that balances collaborative in-person interactions with the freedom to work remotely when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with respective domains, including E-book, E-commerce, & Design for sales and marketing purposes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Lead to optimize sales processes and workflows.
